My new Xanga

Hey you guyz... Anyway just wanna tell that i finally deleted my old xanga. Why? I, myself dont have any idea why i did that... Btw, i just came back from Sarawak. I was there for 3 weeks! hehe~I was there with my cousin Sley & Joe. I have to admit, while im with them, I dont really click well with them and yes, i cant deny that i have minor fights with them. So far, none of them fight is big except one.But it did seem to work out too.. Maybe.

hmm... Well we started our journey at Kuching. We stayed there for 5 days. Yes, we did travel a lot. We prefered walking around the city then taking the cab or any other transportation. We were crazy back then but we didn't take a lot of pic. Basically maybe we didn't have time. We just walk and stop to any major shopping mall we could find. But neh, we didn't do any shopping. Boo Hoo! So after that we took bus to go to Mukah. My grandfather followed us there. It actually took the whole night to get to Mukah! Becuase we took the 10 pm bus to go there. We were there for 2 weeks (roughly). We were there for the Melanau's, Pesta Kaul. I, your's truly, who is also a melanau never been to any of the festival and finally i have my chance to go there and witness the festival myself. As we reached home, i saw my cousin's.

The best part was most of my cousin's are still under the age 5! I had fun playing with them! Especially Baby John who turn 1 yrs Old this July & Joel who is just 3 yrs old! hehe~ So Cute!!! We did nothing much there but travelling by motorcycle around the village, visiting my cousin grave & uhh... shop? hehe~ well at handicraft center of course! We also went to Politeknik Mukah and it was huge! We went to Oya the following Day and check out the Tapak Kaul. First few days before the feast it was all tents. So when we were there, i had a part time job =) I became a babysitter! hehe~ i baby sit all 6 of my little brother's and sister's. They are all adorable!!! The moment we've been waiting for has arrive! Kaul Feast.

It was so crowded & freakingly hot!!!! I on the other hand, had sunburnt! The Kaul went on for 2 days! We could see there's a lot of booth and games! I wanted to play the traditional game called "Tibow" It's like a huge swing but it was also dangerous. Hmm. after kaul, we went to Bintulu for 2 days. We went to the oil factory & i thought Bintulu is big but actually it's not. It's small and i dont know... I thought it would look like Brunei! haikz... I was so dissapointed.

The last 2 days we spent around in Miri. We went to "The Grand Old Lady". I dont know what it is but its near the Petroleum museum in Miri. My uncle said it was the first oil something in Miri. I guess. It was beautiful althought it was just a replica. We enter the museum and it was even fun in there! hehe~ Then we again went to shopping mall in Miri and coincidently we meet few people from other country who is performing for the Jazz Musical in Imperial Hotel. Which is really awesome!

Too bad i cant took pic's a lot because i was using a cell phone camera. The quality isn't as good as the digital's but at least i took a few pix.. And the rest was recorded by my eyes and kept forever in my mind. When i went travelling with my cousin, it was diffrent because we actually could go to places my father would never let me go! Like the Mulu and Niah Caves. End of this year i am going back there and witness the beauty of nature once again. I was happy i decided to go back without my family at the first place. It teach me how to adapt to the Kampung style living. Well all i could say is, Sarawak is like a beautiful paradise and i wish to go travel around it once more just like how i did at Sabah 2 years ago.
